Placed an order in December and still waiting on it though it was supposed to be shipped in February. Last update is that I will get it in April. We will see. Will update if I ever get it. I did eventually get this so improved the rating :)

I was skeptical at first because the product I wanted to purchase had a zero return policy and I was worried that if the package got damaged during shipping I would have no return options. I called them up and they explained that I would have to sign for the package and I should open the package and inspect it first before signing and refuse it if there was damage and that it would be the shipper’s responsibility then. Package arrived in great condition and it was packed well.

Ordered seat in August came damaged from poor packaging as of this date still have not done anything about it .I received refund from bank .AVOID THIS PLACE

Just a heads up to anyone who wants to purchase a seat from this company as I was not told when I placed the order. There is a 20% restocking fee if you cancel the order. Placed the order for a seat and adapter that they did not have in stock and told him to proceed with the order anyway. I wound up cancelling the seat and adapter because we are going to reupholster the seat. I would not have placed the order had I known that there would have been a 20% cancellation fee.
