Edit to add: my emergency brake wasn't holding right (important, as I drive a manual). Not only did they slot me in on a very busy day but he took the time to explain what had happened with the spring and how they had fixed it, then insisted I test it before I leave. The brake holds great, I can feel the difference when I pull up the handle inside, and I'm not anxious over the possibility of my car rolling away. Once again both kind and professional.
