Terrible attitude by the staff all around, I had brought my 5 month old puppy into this vet around 4:30 in the morning because she was not her usual happy going self, it is 500 dollars to even get her looked at. When I go in they take samples to see what’s wrong and say there something that smells like a chemical coming from the samples they took from her and made me feel horrible if I didn’t choose the 1,300 dollar plan that they had to look after her after they gave me the option to take her home for the night and have her... read more
As a retired LVT I am impressed on how well the staff is here. Also the price is reasonably priced and I couldn't ask for a better location to take my pets. The vets are so knowledgeable and are willing to spend the time explaining every step of the treatment plan and also give wonderful options/alternatives. I worked in corporate veterinary clinic that are only about room times and pushing expensive treatment plans that this clinic is a breath of fresh air. Maxine loved her visit today with Dr. Patricia Williams-Tindall. Maxine was very comfortable with the location and staff while she was slightly uncomfortable with her UTI issue. The doctor provided an estimate and options and several plans with estimates for the future to remedy this persistent issue. She was very kind and sympathetic to this 2-year long issue and is doing everything to get my Maxine some permanent relief Highly recommend this wonderful vet clinic.
I had a wonderful experience, Dr. Williams was so nice and thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond helping me with my dog who could barely walk, even coming to my car to help me get him inside. My pup threw up in the waiting room and the lady at the front desk was so understanding. Everyone truly went above and beyond, it was a judgment free environment AND the prices were very affordable. I am so relieved to have found an amazing veterinary office while we live in Pensacola.
These guys were amazing with my mother's dog from out of town!! She has alzheimers and I had no idea of her dog's health history. They were able to treat a 15 year old dog and nurse him back to health from the edge of the rainbow bri
