This was the least friendly most insulting and abusive customer care I have ever experienced. Let me explain. So a few days ago I had a friendly conversation with a lady I'm going to call "K". Although she soon began to treat me as if I was of a lower intelect it did not bother me. The car I wanted to buy was a Holden S/Wagon.
