Did not make me an appointment for next time and skipped my appointment
While I'm a bit hesitant to write this review, as I can see that Dr. Ferry and/or her team do respond to each of these reviews, my experience was bad enough that I feel I must review the office. I was informed that Dr. Ferry would be running hours behind so that was not my biggest issue. I did appreciate that she spent extensive time with me, and I did not feel rushed. No ability to leave a message. Never answers her phone. When you do have an appointment she will give you all the time you need.
I had an appointment last week which happened to fall on my birthday. I knew she ran late- she was 45 min late for my first appointment. By the time I remembered this, it was too late to cancel and I didn’t want to be disrespectful and not show up. Well after 1.25 hrs on the video call I hung up. No one was in the office to call and get an update. She got on 1.5 hrs after the appointment was suppose to start. I find this to be incredibly disrespectful and rude.
