I had an appointment last week which happened to fall on my birthday. I knew she ran late- she was 45 min late for my first appointment. By the time I remembered this, it was too late to cancel and I didn’t want to be disrespectful and not show up. Well after waiting 1.25 hrs on the video call I hung up. No one was in the office to call and get an update. She got on 1.5 hrs after the appointment was suppose to start. I find this to be incredibly disrespectful and rude.
