The only reason that this business has received a star is because zero stars are not possible. We began the process and made our first payment March 31st for bifold doors to our patio. We then added additional work with french doors, office doors, front door, etc. in May and June. The delays and lack of professional communication from this company was staggering. I wanted to get patio doors put to the back of my home came in 3 times to get a quote or to get someone to come out. Never was able to get neither, never was contacted back after Tatiana told me she would email me the information and would get someone out. I feel once I express interested in aluminum instead of steel she was no longer interested in my business. I would like to describe my bad experience with this company. In may of this year I bought a steel door supposedly he must have delivered it to me in July. However, the offer never came and in the end in September they told me that they could not deliver it to me and they returned my money. It should be noted that they never answered the phone and lied about the delivery date. I tell you about this very unpleasant experience so that you can avoid buying from this company
If you’re interested in a project taking 6 months and nobody returning your calls this is your spot! Then after that they try to place a lien on your property when you’ve already paid the contractor. Good luck if you want to ride that roller coaster. I’d highly recommend not to save the headache.
We are extremely pleased with our Ferro glass and steel contemporary door! Tatiana and Maria provided great service. They were flexible with our changing construction schedule. Thanks for our beautiful door!
