GREAT DOCTOR AND STAFF!! I have been a patient for 1 1/2 years and Dr Ferro And PA Alicia are Great. Staff are so nice and work hard to help you get any office needs like paperwork, appts,med refills token cared of. Alma, Anna,Isabella and all the staff are so nice.. Dr and PA actually sit and listen to you and take time to explain your health, they show you and explain any health issues and work with you as a TEAM, as a person and thier doctor should be in order to be the healthiest happy person you should be. The Doctor is very thorough and talks with you, not to you. My previous doctor never looked up from the computer screen. Such a difference. Also his PA is great. Very happy I found this practice. Sadly, the doctor has horrible office staff, the can never help with even the most mundane request. They also use off site blood testing lab, the worst in the US. Sadly, had to find another doctor.
They never answer the phone, left a message everytime and no one calls back
Awesome Doctor always good communication and very helpful. The staff are always on top of their game. Update 5-17-2020 been noticing new staff and never had issues before till this year. Understanding of the charge for filling out paperwork for disability but at least they should fill it out complete. Been having issues twice this year for incomplete paperwork causing disability to reject my claim and prolonging not having income to get thru the month. Update: 09/12/2022.
