Exceptional customer service. Mirtha went way beyond customer care and took care of my needs. I just said what I needed to be built and she knew exactly what materials I needed. Couldn't be happier with my results. Also, they have beautiful showrooms and I had different quotes from other companies and Ferro Block was the most inexpensive. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
