I would not recommend living here and here’s why: (update) BLACK MOLD IN AIR VENT & APT -UPDATE: I discovered black mold growing out of the air vent in my bedroom. When maintenance came, they tried to tell me it was dust….when it was clearly black mold. Love this place went for a tour and ended up signing that day! Josh even stayed over an hour late to help us do it!
I have been living on the property for 3 or 4 years. I know it was when the property first opened. I love Ferro. I haven’t had any concerns with the property, and I live in the South Building. My husband and I never experienced any issues regarding parking or tampering of my vehicles, and I make sure my visitors register their vehicles when they visit. As someone with a good bit of neurodivergence and ADHD, I tend to be very observant about the places I choose to live and invest my financial resources in. With that in mind, I think it’s important to acknowledge that there will always be something for someone to complain about when it comes to apartment living. I mean, come on.
