I stopped by the rental office today and received the best surprise — Seraphina is back as Property Manager! Under her leadership, this community has always been vibrant, clean, and well‑organized, and it already feels like Ferro is returning to that standard. A great property manager paired with an amazing team makes all the difference. Joshua, Shay, and Joseph consistently go above and beyond. They make it genuinely easy to be a resident here.

When maintenance came, they tried to tell me it was dust….when it was clearly black mold. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNTIL THEY RESOLVE THE ROACH PROBLEM ON THE PROPERTY This complex will deceive you with the beautiful amenities and “luxury” listing. The entire property has roaches. I have seen them since I moved in but didn’t think much of it, would spray with Raid and not see another one for a while. My fiancé and I have lived at Ferro for two years, and unfortunately, we have watched both the property and the quality of management decline significantly during our time here. There is a reason Ferro has a rating of less than 4 stars on Google.
