Was Told Tires would be delivered at a specific date and time and they did not arrive on said date and time. I understand things happen, however, never received any updates from them until we had to call multiple times to check and see what status was. I paid using card over phone, however, was not told that there would be a 5% fee for doing so, otherwise I would of went in person to pay cash.
