I received glasses from them about a month ago. My naughty German Shepard got ahold of them. I took them back to the eye center, thinking I would need to order new frames. The lenses were fine. I was there about an hour while they worked on them. They basically built me a new pair of frames. They used parts from their lab. So grateful

Just go see an eye dr that already graduated. I tried them but never again will I go back. Can't see with the glasses they gave me but they just told me that's how they ordered them. They didn't care that I can't see with them. Waste of time, money, and effort. Save yourself the grief.
This place billed me for an eye exam and frames that never happened. Called and explained and was hung up on. Called back and talked to a supervisor was told "she's new and didn't know what to do" then proceeds to tell me my eye exam was in September of 2021 (only been here once) and specifically asked and was told nothing else was on file because my insurance keeps saying it was November of 2022. I wasn't even in MI then. Said it wasn't them. My insurance (meridian who is a scam itself) insists on them billing so I call fer... read more
I love going here there nice had a wonderful student do my exam they talk you through everything there doing and I love that. Can't wait to go pick up my new glasses
