We’ve used Ferris twice now. First for our hot water heater that was on its way out and again to repair our furnace boiler motor. Both times they have been very accommodating to our schedules and communicate very well. Their employees are knowledgable and friendly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
Cody was very helpful and personable. He was also very thorough in his diagnostic. And despite having a pretty good idea on what the main issue was, he still persisted in checking off all the boxes of other potential stemming problems.
