I’ve gone to Dr Ferris for years and have never experienced anything of the sort people have mentioned in some of these reviews. They must be confusing her with another doctor. She is very thorough, thoughtful and her staff has always been kind & top notch. Dr. Ferris is a ‘down to earth’ doctor which is not always easy to find.

Excellent! Dr. Ferris has an keen mind and excellent detective skills, figuring out complexities, rather than just treating a symptom. I'd choose her a my doctor any day! Excellent discerning ability. Good listener. Great clinical skills. If there were a 10 Star category, she would get it.

Did not take my condition seriously. Tired prescribing narcotic pain killers when I did not want them. I went to her for a recommendation to a specialist due to an injury.

My husband and I both went to Dr. Ferris and my first warning sign was while I was sitting in the lobby listening to people question billing If you go here watch your bills and watching for repeat charges. I went for a annual check up she was with me for 5 minutes maybe 10, I had to ask her to look in my ears! I will never go back, my husband has been there a couple times and each was expensive and sub-par service was received.

Tina the receptionist attitude is rude at time. Charlie is very sweet. Dr.Ferris takes sometimes act like she doesn't know what she is doing. She took me off work and then didn't want to fill out my disability paperwork. I often questions her about treatment's she has provided me.The office is outdated. Overall I don't like this doctor office.
