5+ stars. When our furnace stopped working, we called Ferris Heating at 8 am three days before Christmas with an epic snowstorm rolling in. The father, Dave, called us back within 30 minutes, and his son, Ryan, arrived about noon. Fortunately it was an easy fix, but he also mentioned that they carry many standard parts on the truck if that had been needed. When Ryan found out my 91 yo mother was with us & our furnace wasn’t working - he rearranged his schedule to make us his first stop of the day. He was very knowledgeable, yet gracious about it & we were incredibly grateful. I would use them for any HVAC needs in Truckee. SO impressive.
