Ferris Heating did a great job in replacing our old furnace. The owner, Dave, sent out one of his engineers, Brett, to inspect our old unit and gave us a number of options to repair or replace. We ended up replacing and went for the higher spec'd unit, since we wanted the longer term savings. Both gentlemen were very respectful and polite and provided a great service.
