Established in 1946, we have a well trained & dedicated staff and excellent modern facilities. We are centrally located in Cathays, Cardiff, provide a Free Collection & Delivery Service throughout the City & have courtesy cars available.

There was some confusion on my part as to whether the vehicle needed servicing since the dash data conflicted with the app. Ferris Brothers provided helpful advice without charge. They have earned another loyal customer as a result. 28/4/25 Vehicle taken to Ferris Brothers when it developed a scraping noise. Andrew test drove it “on the spot” and booked it in for the next working day. Piece of grit discovered in brakes. Couldn’t ask for a better service. All resolved promptly and efficiently.
Massive rip off. Booked my car in for an MOT here. Initially they seemed lovely from my booking over the phone and when I dropped my car off. I was contacted the next day to say my car had failed as one of my headlights was not working and I had a broken coil spring. I informed him I didn’t know what the latter meant. He tried to explain it to me and then proceeded to tell me at best, this would cost £500 in repairs. He said once they get in there, it could be worse than expected in which case I’d be looking at up to £850. H... read more

Called last minute to have work on my car right before the Christmas period, they were really friendly on the phone and fitted me in the next day, had a good breakdown on the work required and the costs and felt very confident in their knowledge and expertise. Will be using them for any future car issues and maintenance
I’ve been going to Ferris Bros for the past three years for everything; services, MOT, and once for a punctured tyre. I’ve always received friendly and professional service, and they take the time to explain any work they have to do. I will continue to go here as long as I live in Cardiff!
