I bought from Doug ferris over $1354 in tools he has promisined several times to send out my items and he has not. So I just spend 600 on an attorney to file small claims but the reality is unless you someone steps up and sues him he will keep scaming people out of there items, There are several complaints on this site and yelp be very careful. STAY AWAY DO OT USE THIS INDIVIDUAL. DO NOT BUY FROM FERRIS
Have never received the lots that I won on an auction. Was charged, told he was running behind. Now a month later and no response to an email or phone call.

As a first time bidder with this auction I urge others to take the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt and to please be patient with this auction company. They're very nice on the phone and even though it took some time after the auction closed to receive my package, they were very transparent about the shipping timeframe. I did get my lot and I was very happy with what I received.
