Ingles/español mi experiencia fue al llegar a descargar: llegue un día antes y puedes estacionar ahí frente a la rampa. Pegado a la pared solo hay 2 rampas, tardannnn en salir (no te desesperes)....reducido pero nada del otro mundo...es pequeña la bodega y aún así hicieron espacio para descargarme ....si está el montacarguista solo, te ofrecen una $ x ayudarle.......yo me flete (te ofrecen 100 Pero pedí 150 y arre.....en 1 hrs 20 mins se hizo la machaca( ya q solo va 1/4 de trailer de carga son cajas con botas y son ligeras)... read more

Received a pair of boots that was defective, but thanks to Ashley she done an amazing job and was super helpful and has me another pair on the way. Customer service blew me away this evening. They explained they had a bad batch of leather that came in and got through but fully fixed the problem and new boots be here soon
