I saw Dr. Ferril after being referred by Evergreen Pharmacy for the sole purpose of dialing in my thyroid medicine. After numerous tests and 3 visits at $250 per (no insurance allowed) I have no resolution and after leaving 2 voicemails over the course of a week I can't even get a call back. When I did speak with him its 30 minutes on the dot then he hangs up on you. Last time we didn't even reach 30 minutes. His Aunt / Assistant is rude and unprofessional. Total waste of time and money. Dr. Ferril is a great doctor that understands addressing the problem rather than treating the symptoms. In one visit Dr. Ferril diagnosed my medical issues that were left unresolved by another physician I had been seeing for several years. I was amazed by his understanding of how the human body functions and also reacts to deficiencies and allergies. My wife experienced the same results and our experiences with Dr. Ferril have been life changing.
I had Dr Ferril recommended to me by a friend. I had 10 years of not feeling good at all and multiple doctors tell me everything from "it's in your head" to "it's MS but we can't be for sure". I spent and hour consulting with Dr Ferril and felt he understood what I went through trying to figure out why I felt so bad. After testing and diagnosing and now eliminating certain foods I have felt 110% better. I am a new person. Dr Ferril continues to track my progress. I have sent others to him.
