Closed 2 properties w Ferreyros Law Firm - one was somewhat difficult, needed an extension to close. The other lasted almost 6 months, the deal fell off the plate twice but with a lot of patience and creative thinking the deal got done. Glad I had Carlos looking over my steps very good thinker.
