Absolutely disrespectful lady that picks up the phone. Made me rethink ever doing business at this location.
I didn’t adopt a ferret but I did order their blankets and beds for my ferret and they’re amazing! I have a single, male ferret (my female passed away but they never were fully together due to trouble getting along- we knew he had issues before adopting him). When we got him, his shelter gave us a free bed which was just fabric and a hole for him to go inside and he LOVES it- literally the only place he’ll sleep. Adopted a ferret from FACT 2 years ago. It was an amazing experience. Beautiful happy crew there. All playing and super well cared for even during the crazy days if the pandemic. They spent time to help with lots of advice. Got a lesson on how to best clean a ferret’s ears. I was missing spots before. The munchkin I adopted is the happiest guy. He’s taught me a lot, given me heaps of love and I suspect has more to teach me. ;) And a brother and sister a bit older than him have made him even happier. Now there’s amazing tube ... read more
