Poor customer service at the receptionist especially the older lady with short hair and glasses. Couldn’t give a zero star because 1 star is the lowest.
Booked an appointment, have the record in my call history, guess the mouthy receptionist "forgot" so when I showed up at the date and time she said to, she said she had "nothing for me". Showed up at the next booked appointment with "doctor" Ignat and she refused to give me a referral because I quote: "they ask me to sign paperwork and send it back and its a lot of work." Very poor service. Paid $100 for my son to get a referral but because it was a visiting doctor he didn't check that the clinic wasn't taking on new patients and also didn't include his contact details so no way of contacting us to let us know. So now we have to go thru the process again but they won't bulk bill. Absolutely appalling service
