I don’t know what happened to this clinic! One of the doctor (lady) old, has accent was so rude to my dad. Been there before Doctor used to be so nice and caring to patients now what the helly is gone bad!
Friendly helpful staff and good service when I've been there. Very busy practice requiring appointments for consultations. Recommend
Booked an appointment, have the record in my call history, guess the mouthy receptionist "forgot" so when I showed up at the date and time she said to, she said she had "nothing for me". Showed up at the next booked appointment with "doctor" Ignat and she refused to give me a referral because I quote: "they ask me to sign paperwork and send it back and its a lot of work." Very poor service. Paid $100 for my son to get a referral but because it was a visiting doctor he didn't check that the clinic wasn't taking on new patients and also didn't include his contact details so no way of contacting us to let us know. So now we have to go thru the process again but they won't bulk bill. Absolutely appalling service
Clinic has gone downhill big time! Can rarely get through on the phone in the morning, and if by some miracle you do get through the chances of actually getting an appointment are slim at best. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to receive a text message one week before my appointment saying it's been changed, to a day that no longer suits due to work commitments.
