Very nice and respectful got a new washer and dryer
I contacted Ferrer’s via Yelp messaging on a Sunday and received a prompt reply the same day. Got appt scheduled for less than 48 hrs later. It was nice to get a text on my appt day letting me know when my tech was on their way. Luis arrived on time, thoroughly assessed my dryer and didn’t find anything damaged that would explain my issue but since my dryer is still functioning well the plan is to just keep observing in case the problem comes back. I obtained a previously owned Frigidaire induction oven from Alejandro through Facebook marketplace, which i was told was returned because the person did not like induction Before purchasing, I asked two questions if he had a Store which he said yes plaza home Furniture and if it came with a warranty and he said yes, he would give me a six month warranty. I am pleased with the response from Ferrer's. Luis was on time and professional. I am waiting for my home warranty person to call me back about repair or replacement 🤔. I will look at the washers that they have available in my price range and quality. Very pleased with his diagnosis. It makes sense.
Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! The knowledge and competence of the repair person was perfect. They even arrived within an hour of when I called! I’m blown away.
