Tow truck never came. Charged me right away and then said 7-10 days to get a refund. No apology and terrible communications. When someone’s car breaks down they can’t get to work. This company showed me they can’t deliver their service and demonstrate an ambivalence to the hardship and frustration they cause their customers with a staggering level of ambivalence. Never showed up. We even arranged for them to pick up my car the following morning to have it towed to our mechanic in Parker which was only 5 miles from our house. They were busy when we called in the evening so we thought we were doing THEM a favor since the car wouldn't be seen until the following day anyway. Joke was on us because I came home from work at 5pm and the car was still sitting in the driveways and was scheduled to be picked up at 9:30am! THIS IS A SCAM ME AND MY WIFE WAITED 3 HOURS KEEP GETITING FALSE ETA’S THEY SAID THEY WILL GIVE US A REFUND BUT THEY KEEP SAYING THEY CANT BECAUSE THE CARD NUMBER DONT MATCH THE CARD I USED TO PAY I GIVE THEM A 0 STARS BEWARE DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! SCAMMERS! Made me pay $150 immediately never showed up, kept giving false eta...will NOT refund the $ , lying about the bank card used. I reported to the BBB. Many more reviews like this one.
The fact that I even have to give them a star is pathetic. This is a scam! Took our money, never showed up. 3 hours later we handled it ourselves. We called to get our money back, they wanted a screen shot of our card, told us we didnt pay with that card we paid them with. So we can’t get our money back because we don’t have the card they have on file, their own card!!!! Be aware!!!!!!
