Sent me multiple fake ETAs. I’m not actually sure they’re a real company. Couldn’t tell me where the tow was coming from “for driver safety.” Save your time and money.
I do not recommend this company to any one they said they sent me multiple msgs and did not receive them they also are false advertising that they can be on site within 15 minutes initial time just to get someone to send a msg to another number took over an hr and it has been almost 2 hrs to only find out that the tow drive is getting gas after multiple calls the customer service lady was extremely rude and we did not appreciate the attitude still no call from driver and still waiting for the vehicle horrible experience acci... read more
