John (the owner) is very experienced and professional. We had a brand new heat pump and air handler installed last year and him and his crew did a fantastic job - it works beautifully. *** AVOID for Heating and HVAC service *** We ran out of oil and the oil heating boiler accumulated sludge. We reached out to John and the next day he sent a technician to service the boiler. The technician did not know what he was doing and hit the oil filter canister with a wrench multiple times, thereby compromising the pipes next to it. Instead of resolving the issue, he made it worse and his solution was "you cannot use the boiler, until you get the entire tank and pipes replaced for $4,000. Came in gave me a quote for $1500 and charged me 170 service charge when all i needed was valve bleed
