Took 8 calls to get tank pick-up. To date I have not received an invoice, but the company has me listed as delinquent. A good, dependable company for many years, until I wanted to have my tank removed.

Soft handed establishment. They outsource tank filling to Ace Hardware where they kick and scream when asked for a tank fill. Take a trip down 75 towards Wyandotte to Baker’s Gas and Welding supplies for a phenomenal experience. Never once heard a grown man cry there.
Husband called to order a fill up and check tank for any leaks before filling. They would not let him order because he name was not on the account. His payment info has been used for the last 10 years and has never been denied a fill because his name was not on the account. Ok call to add his name to the account, on hold 5 minutes finally answered the phone and could not hear the lady because her speaker kept cracking and going in and out.
