Never have I ever experienced rudeness like I did today from one of their employees. Whatever BS you're dealing with, homelife or work life, don't take it out on a customer. I didn't get the guy's name, but from the second he got out of his truck, he was bitching and whining and just irritating me. Claimed our tank was owned by another company and he couldn't fill it. I have proof that the tank belongs to me, but he wouldn't listen. Last time I do business with Ferrellgas and I will spread the word of what happened today!
Due to unexpected circumstances, Customer Service worked with me to get the Propane to me that I needed! That kindness and understanding cemented my loyalty to Ferrellgas!
I have had great service with Ferrellgas. Everyone that I spoke with is so Nice. Thank You All.
Ferrell gas drivers are dependable and courteous. I wish the prices would decrease.
