Great group of people. They do what it takes to get things done right.
I will first say that Gary, the man that picked up our tank when we quit Ferrellgas was the nicest, most helpful person that I’ve ever delt with. (Walla Walla, Wa.) We bought our place in August of 2023. It had 2, 120 gal tanks. One rented from Ferrellgas and other owned by us. We transferred the acct over to our name from the previous owner. Perfect. Professional, ethical.
I've had good service since 2001 and things went much more smoothly after I did a search on the internet as to why my gas kept stopping it's flowing, and I would have to relite the piolet light. They tried everything, coming and changing out things 2 or 3 times in the dead of winter. It's not supposed to but something was freezing. There were lots of others having the same issue.
