I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Gary Myers at Walla Walla Ferrellgas. What a helpful and knowledgeable and happy guy he was to deal with. He clearly loves his work and is good at it! I was having a very frustrating time dealing with a propane line issue that involved a number of fittings and inadequate advice and products from various other vendors. Do NOT recommend. Our first fill in Dec. 2022 they claimed to have filled over 200 gallons more than our tank could hold, leading to additional charges of over $900. Took 3-4 months to resolve and get a refund. Summer 2024 I called because I smelled gas and that's what they advised you to do but then they slapped on a large fee for that. A fee was to be charged ONLY if the "leak" was on the customers side of the plumbing, which it was not. We were told the tank "vents" and it's normal to smell gas. Um, ok!
