Very disorganized, took over 2 weeks before we even had a thought of propane in our tanks. Need more local support rather than delegating with people across the country. Talked to 5 different people and they all gave me different answers. Very frustrating, very disappointed. Fix your system
Price right, delivery done correctly, about week after time promised. Make your own decision as to how important this would be.
If I could give them negative stars I would. They are trying to charge me for my neighbors propane. When I gave them the math they tried using the excuse “we check the serial numbers”. Well my tank is an underground tank with no serial number. They are trying to say that putting 600 gallons of fuel in the 500 gallon tank is normal. They are also trying to say using 150 gallons worth of fuel in a month is normal, even for a house that only uses about 200 gallons a YEAR. Just go to JC Propane if you’re in the Gunnison area. If I could give no stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not understand how they cannot tell you a date and time for a propane delivery. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
Came by, office is open but not a soul around...what kind of business is this? Don't waste your time driving here.
