I switched to Ferrellgas because of the lower price but upon installation they sent a brand new man to check for leaks who had never done it before and never been show how to do it by another agent. I was his first. I did smell a bit of gas for some time. I then noted the smell and sent out another man to check and charged me $200 to check.
You ask for a review on our last delivery! No gas has been delivered yet! Still waiting.
We were customers with Ferrallgas for 25 years with no issues. We have always been on a keep full basis. This year tank got to 18 percent with frigid temps we kept calling and they would say you're on the urgent delivery schedule. We went with a local company and they put in a new tank and took care of us in 2 days. Still waiting for Ferrallgas to pick up the old tank. Sorry I can't recommend this company any more. Something has changed for the worse.
I switched to Ferrellgas because of the better price per gallon. My tank was delivered. A few days later a man came out to check the tank and found a leak which he fixed. No big deal. However, when it came to filling my tank in January , no one came. I had asked during my set up to be on a keep fill program but that did not happen. I called a week ahead stating that I had less than 10 percent. I was told there were no priority fills. Where do I start?? Oct of 23 I was told I had a leak inside my house and that several valves in my house were outdated and needed to be replaced because they are original and that is where the leak is coming from. They would contact me with a price estimate. They shut off my gas. I turned it back on and tested all the connections he said might be bad with a propane leak tester. March I called for a delivery and came home to a cold house. I opened the lid and found a tag stating that there is a leak at the Y valve or T valve.... read more
