Great service as promised. Driver cleaned up and made sure we knew he was at our home before commencing the refill.
We have been customers of Ferrell for close to 20 years. The last few years their customer service has declined from what we had been accustomed to. We ordered propane on DEC 3rd at the recommended 30% level. We were given a delivery date of DEC 12. On that date we received a call saying our delivery was postponed 3 business days. The 17th came and went with no propane delivery and we were now at 5%. Called on the 18th and we're told we were on the schedule for that day. Again, no delivery. Tried to use them for my new house, they refused to do anything without appliances installed. Apparently, they've never heard of shut off valves... Nothing but run arounds and delays from them. They are friendly, but not very knowledgeable
I switched to Ferrellgas because of the lower price but upon installation they sent a brand new man to check for leaks who had never done it before and never been show how to do it by another agent. I was his first. I did smell a bit of gas for some time. I then noted the smell and sent out another man to check and charged me $200 to check.
You ask for a review on our last delivery! No gas has been delivered yet! Still waiting.
