Call first time disconnected while holding for answer. Called second time and got until 3 minute hold. I wanted to get estimate for services, since old vendor had closed. Receptionist seemed bothered I wasn’t a client and suggested they only service existing customers. She placed me on hold to then be disconnected.

Be very aware of the 200.00 emergency fill fee. Even if it's not an emergency, sneaky
so far , so good. very professional office folks, and delivery was a fine young man, prompt and courteous.
