Their phone service and person answering the phone is TERRIBLE. Need new service but first contact made an impression. This is the last place I would call for propane.
What a joke. Bitter, jaded employees that bleed of trauma in their daily interactions. I've seen happier and more compromising repo men. Call a month ahead, and prepare for the driver to pretend to come to your home or call and say you aren't there, when you have a video doorbell as proof of their lies. My parents who are both in their 80's have been without propane for over 24 hours. Theyve been waiting on a fill for over a week!
This is by far the absolute worst company I have dealt with in over 30 yrs, I usually have 100 gallons delivered, because my position has me traveling 4-6 weeks at a time, no one is home, I had 100 gallons delivered on January 13th Came home on January 27th to find an empty tank, Because I had ran out when they delivered on the 13th a full leak inspection was conducted, My reason for coming home early was due to having PNEUMONIA, I called at 8am on the 28th, I spoke with a male employee at the skiatook office I believe, my s... read more
