Wish I would have went with the star ratings before ordering propane from this lazy company. Need i mention I ordered Thursday morning straight up 8am and made me pay before I could get a date for delivery. SMH. Now they refuse to give me a refund so I can get a company to bring delivery same day before the ice and snow, which propane is my source of heating and cooking in my home. Had them come out to put a hundred gallons in my tank. I wasn't home. Not a problem. They always leave their bill and everything hanging on the door with the amount and everything. Come home, nothing hanging on my door and I go look at my tank they came but only put half the gas in there and claim they filled it up. I said your guy must have went somewhere else and gave my gas to somebody else. I know how much a 100 gallons looks on my gauge. Didn't pay the bill and don't plan on it. Never use them again
I’ve had problem after problem with this company. The newest issue is their driver decided to not even delivery our gas. Cameras all over our property show that they never even attempted to delivery the product nor did the company reach out to let us know. How can you not access a tank that’s literally sitting next to the driveway? If you need your tank refilled the lead times are over a week but if you need to your tank raised off the ground by 3 inches they will be out there the next day to do it. Strange, huh? Worse company I every delt with and I'm 50 years old would never treat a long term customer the way I was treated.
I like Ferrell Gas! I have only had a couple of things that bother me. The biggest one is I have a 500 gallon tank. They will not come out and sell me less than 200 gallons at a time, although the house next door has a 250 gallon thank and they will bring them 100 gallons at a time. Why can't I buy 100 gallons of Propane? We put in a high efficient heat pump and it cut our Propane usage over half.
