They have always been very polite when I call to request a fill of our propane tank. Delivery men of the propane have been friendly, professional, and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Ferrell Gas to anyone considering receiving propane.
I called about filling a 100gallon tank if you read there add it states your first time buyer that will give you like 25 or 50 gallons free for your first fill up and told me that wouldn't honor there add so if recommended finding a company that at least will honor there own adds
