They used to come out and fill my tank. Never had a problem. Now all of a sudden, they said I have to bring the tank to a facility. Are you joking!? You have lost my business forever!

Totally satisfied with the service and the employees. Dependable service and my delivery man , Jason, is great. He is a real asset to this company.
Love the web site and getting the prices up front. My only issue is that I wanted to fill my tank when prices were lower but couldn't because my tank wasn't 40% or below. I only have a 250 gallon tank and it is for supplemental heat but now I will have to pay the higher price. Seems like the advantage is always to the company and not the customer.
