Couldn’t imagine a worse experience with a gas company. Terrible customer service, said it was going to take multiple weeks to get tank filled and they still arrive 4 days late. Looking forward to switching to a new company for service.

This place is 20 minutes down the road from us and we ordered gas over a week ago after hitting 20%. A record snow storm is currently beginning and we have no propane. They said they cannot guarantee to get our gas out here. It’s been paid for already and wasn’t cheap. Our house is 39 degrees Fahrenheit with many space heaters on. We’ve called and they see no urgency to come 20 minutes down the road from Scottsburg to Paris Crossing, IN. Reading these reviews I’m not surprised.
