In the past they have filled up my tank multiple years same location. Today a guy came out and didn’t knock on my door. I have it on google cam. He just left a note saying there was a danger and he didn’t fill. The card states that the tank is too close to hanging electric cords. We are no longer using this company and have an empty tank sitting on our property that needs to be removed. We have been waiting since they originally told us it would be picked up between Jan 13th-23rd. The first of my many phone calls I was told there are no pick ups between Nov and March, which, due to weather, makes sense. However, it's still sitting on our property months later. The last two times the deliveries kept being delayed. When they finally delivered they didn’t fill my tank because their truck was almost empty. I switched and saved almost $500.00.
I have been with Ferrellgas for years , they are very good !
Very disappointed in Scottsburg location. My elderly father was hospitalized on January 17th. They were told would come fill up their tank on Jan. 28th. After several times of talking to someone, Ferrell Gas STILL cannot give them a date. My parents are elderly and should not be having to deal with this!!!
