Would give negative stars if it was an option. The lady in the Scottsburg office, was very nice and friendly, but that's the ONLY GOOD to this company. Their computers are always "Not working,lagging, or they have to call a different branch" just to accept my payment, or to do ANYTHING in my account. They also will not accept cash in the branch office, and I've had 2 deliveries now, and they overfilled the first time by an extra 115gallons, which I thought maybe was an accident. Couldn’t imagine a worse experience with a gas company. Terrible customer service, said it was going to take multiple weeks to get tank filled and they still arrive 4 days late. Looking forward to switching to a new company for service.
