Customer service was excellent. Very friendly office staff and the gentleman that came out was patient with the installation and with questions. I switched over to Ferrellgas and they made the transition smooth without much stress from my end! Thank you!

Customer service is good but WAY TO OVERPRICED if you rent your tank from them! They won't let me purchase my tank so I can go through someone else because they want to keep overcharging with the lease! I do NOT recommend!
As brand new customers: the gentleman that set up our new tank we’re just great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had called them about 3 days after set up with a concern, and they came out to help us with that. I was really disappointed with a large charge they put on my bill for that visit. I called the office and explained what had happened and they understood and corrected that charge. I was really relieved and pleased with the friendliness of the lady on the phone and how she responded. Great company!
My first time having a propane tank. Customer service was always helpful when I called. On my first fill, the 2 gentlemen that came to fill the tank was very helpful and friendly. I told them this was my first house with a propane tank, so they gave me a run down of all the parts on the tank; what to look out for, how to shut if off, the gauges, etc...
