Ferrell has had multiple increases in the last few years on cost of rental of tanks per year based on usage. I own a cabin which is used seasonally and at times not during weather when the furnace is needed. Since using Ferrell the rental cost has increased from just refills to yearly rent fees going from 0 to $50-$200 per year. As if the cost has not increased enough for fills now with this change it makes using them unreasonable. Dean is the nicest driver! He is always kind and thoughtful of my animals. Last year I mentioned I would like to get my tank painted and he came out almost immediately and painted it for me. I asked if he could request auto-fill services for me and he did that. Also, when my tank ran out once, he even checked my heater pilot light when he came to fill the tank. I’m very grateful to him and to Ferrellgas for great service. The company goes above and beyond. The people who answer the phone are really nice too.

I called to establish new service and get rates. I called several companies. I spoke with at least 3 different people at different times until they got me to the location nearest to me. Every single person was accommodating, Very nice and professional. They gave me the best rate even though I am getting a minimal fill, no service fee's and they will be out within the next two days! AWESOME! Keep up the good work!
