Their delivery driver, Jasper, is my hero. During the terrible Texas winter of 2021 when I was without electricity or water, and my propane was almost gone, he drove out to my rural location late at night to fill my propane tank!. Jasper has been delivering propane to me ever since and never lets the tank get too low. That's the kind of service I count on.
Always there. I have been using them for a number of years! They also monitor my gas usage and suggest when I should order in the event I forget to check my tank!
Ferrellgas gas serviced our home since 2010 with great service.Any time I've needed to call I have had a very pleasant person help me and take care of my request.
I placed my order and was prepared to wait until stated delivery date, was I surprised that my gas delivery was made the next day. They are a godsend
Ferrellgas is awesome. They have handled my propane needs today starting with new construction in 2020. I started out with Tex propane in Bastrop. Tex propane in Bastrop figuratively blew up my job site and walked off. The Ferrellgas team came in to pick up the pieces and saved the day. Not only do they have great prices, but they run specials during the summer months. I would recommend Ferrellgas to anyone!
