Very disappointed in their timing. I ordered online said it would be 16 days for delivery. On day 18 it said they didn't know when I would be serviced. I called the office and voiced my service concerns. Our tanks were filled the next day.
Brand new customer. 16 days and counting. Not acceptable.
Ferrellgas has been prompt when answering my questions and has worked with me in making sure I get propane when needed. Everyone has been very nice and easy to talk with
I highly recomment Ferrall Gas, I recently had a gas leak in my propane tank & the office staff and the guys that came out to check and fix the leak were fantastic, caring and concerned, helpful in every way.
Franklin office is horrible. Was promised a delivery on or before the 27th it is now the 30th a day before a big snow storm. I went by the office to check on my delivery and the lady there said rhey didn't have a driver!
