We had gas delivered to our house yesterday, 2/3/25 and today 2/4/25 we had to call the fire department because they filled the tank up to 100 percent and it started leaking and was about to explode. I wouldn’t recommend them, all they said was they would is give us a credit and wouldn’t charge us for the service they did today… obviously you don’t value or care about the safety of your customers. I personally would recommend you choose another company.
The people that work in the franklin nc office are very nice, polite and helpful. I never see the delivery man but he gets me my gas
I called about 6 weeks ago to order gas,the lady I talked to was very nice but there was a problem ,she said she would have a manager to call me,no one from Ferrell gas has called me ,and I haven't received any gas either. l

I called in for a delivery when my tank had 30%. The lady said she would call me back with a delivery date. I called back one day later because she didn't call me. The lady I talked to this time gave me a date for the delivery. I got the delivery the next day. So, from first call to actual delivery it was a total of 3 days. Also, the delivery man was very nice and had an excellent attitude. He was joyful and did a good job.
