As a new customer, I found that competentcy is lacking between sales, service and distrubusion. The gentleman who eventually delivered my gas after three cold weeks was a joy however.
Great customer service. We had a propane leak. Technician Richard Gaboriault was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable! Handled repairs and gave a great safety tutorial.
