We are at 2% (our oversight), they offer emergency delivery but not in our area today, bit can deliver Monday for and additional 150.00. We have been with Ferrellgas for 25+ years.
The phone service is and has been short, rude and argumentative at times. I’ve moved to Schilling.
We moved into our new home a few weeks ago. Being busy with moving and the holidays, ordering gas got put on the back burner. Called Ferrellgas late in the afternoon on the 24th as it was getting low. I was told Friday the 27th or at worst, on Monday. Woke up on the 26th, the DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS, and the gas truck was parked in my driveway! Great service Ferrellgas!
