Field service techs were vulgar, very disrespectful and will not be using their services again. 0/10, wouldn’t recommend
I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. They have not shown up for 2 days. We have been calling since 7am and are told we are the next stop....it's now 415pm. Call center gets you nothing and we ran out of propane so the warehouse is shut down. This is the 3rd time they have not arrived on the scheduled day in the last 2 months. Our account is apparently handled by the Service Center North Atlantic and the District Manager has yet to reach out. Do yourself a favor a RUN from this company!
WORST COMMERCIAL GAS COMPANY EVER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LAST 3 DELIVERIES THEY DID NOT FILL ALL OF MY TANKS SO IVE RUN OUT OF GAS THE LAST THRTEE WEEKS. THE EXCUSE WAS THATS ALL THE DRIVER HAD LEFT ON HIS TRUCK!!! IF THATS THE CASE SEND OUT ANOTHER TRUCK. IM NOT ASKING FOR GAS CAUSE IM A HORDER I NEED IT FOR MY BUISNESS.
