Took almost a year and many calls to get the temporary line removed and permanent one put in. Delivery time is way too long and even if you wait with no gas in winter 15 days they email saying oops we’re going to have to extend our arrival window. Took months to be reimbursed for a leak when they set the tank to start with. Only reimbursed what they estimated I lost even though it was my first time using them or their tank and I had data from my old tank/company showing I used far less than they estimated on a regular basis.... read more

Ferrell gas is great and easy to work with. Usually gets it to you quick. Andrew is the one that always comes. He is very professional and friendly and its always great to work with someone who comes regularly. We recommend ferrell gas.

First woman on the phone wasn’t going to hook up service because the seller of the home I purchased didn’t end his account. I called back and the Second Lady stated idk who told you that but I can start new service I told her the seller left the propane completely empty and begged for emergency service I was told they don’t offer that but it would be a couple days. I still have no gas and told it will be next week. My house and pipes are going to freeze. I have children. This company is waste of time and money

Going from not paying a tank rental fee for 6 years to all of a sudden them deciding to charge hundreds a year is crap. Pay by phone takes way too much time of my life. You charge way too much and are rude on the phone. What a Monopoly scam
