Going from not paying a tank rental fee for 6 years to all of a sudden them deciding to charge hundreds a year is crap. Pay by phone takes way too much time of my life. You charge way too much and are rude on the phone. What a Monopoly scam

Ferrellgas wouldn't deliver gas. Said I had to wait 2 weeks. I told them I would run out. Temperature around 0. The ladies who take calls were nice and not their fault, but I ran out. Heat exchangers sooted up and ruined the furnace. Cost 11500 to replace. I protested, and district manager would not return the call. Am switching gas companies this summer to one that has a local office and cares about a customer of 40 years.

I went without propane for three weeks. They didn’t deliver it until 6 weeks after it was ordered. I called several times and TRIED to speak with someone that could help me. I Have a disabled son, and they didn’t care. If you have medical reason why you need heat, and your heat is life or death, this company does NOT CARE. They will leave you freezing and not care about it. They are ok with someone freezing to death. I’d get a local company that can be trusted, because Ferrell gas can’t be
