last year to fill my 1000 gal tank cost me 1200 dollars to fill from empty, this year it cost me 1080 for 400 gals. and gas prices are supposed to be coming down. it took them 2 weeks to tell me they are behind schedule and made me wait a 3rd week. I dont have another company in my area so im stuck with them.
Horrible service. This is the second year in a row that we have run out of propane and have no heat in winter. The first year we had a leak and needed a new furnace. We called for an emergency fill since it was well below freezing outside so that we could get the new furnace running. We went 2 weeks without heat. This year, I ordered at 30%. I called on January 27 2026 when I had 30% and paid in full for my propane delivery and as of today February 9 2026 I still have not received propane and I’m completely out of fuel have been Friday February 6th. I would not recommend this company to anyone and they should be shut down immediately!
Took almost a year and many calls to get the temporary line removed and permanent one put in. Delivery time is way too long and even if you wait with no gas in winter 15 days they email saying oops we’re going to have to extend our arrival window. Took months to be reimbursed for a leak when they set the tank to start with. Only reimbursed what they estimated I lost even though it was my first time using them or their tank and I had data from my old tank/company showing I used far less than they estimated on a regular basis.... read more
Ferrell gas is great and easy to work with. Usually gets it to you quick. Andrew is the one that always comes. He is very professional and friendly and its always great to work with someone who comes regularly. We recommend ferrell gas.
