Delivery time was very slow and delayed several times. I’ve been with Ferrellgas for years but their service just gets worse and worse
On the coldest snowy and icy day my propane was delivered. I had been worried that they wouldn't be able to make it due to the weather. They have never let me down.
Office personal very courteous and responsive. And I love how our tank is topped off when needed without having to call. Thanks!
First time going with Ferrellgas. Gal that answered phone was very polite and responsive. I believe our delivery drivers name was Charlie. He was nice and tremendously helpful.
