I was with Heet Gas for 20 years and they always offered great service UNTIL they were bought out by Pinnacle. What a joke that was but, thank you Pinnacle for the crappy service as that drove me to Ferrell Gas and what a difference. Great service, great online web site, and just down right great customer service. Thank you Ferrell Gas, keep up the great job.
Excellent service. Unlike some companies the people at Ferrell gas actually care and respond to any concerns. I offered to let our delivery man drive across the grass rather than pulling out all that hose but he didn't want to risk damaging the grass. Super guy!
