I would put negative 5 stars on this but unfortunately it won’t let me! This ferrellgas is garbage and their customer support staff is probably on something! I ordered my refill on the 12th and they told me it will be delivered on the 19th of December, I waited at home that day but nothing came and I wasted a whole day waiting on these people! If there was a way to give negative stars I would. For 7 years this company has gotten worse abd worse. Example ordered gas on the 2nd told they would be here on the 9th never showed I called they then said the 17th never showed I then I called abd was told the 31st this is a common occurrence with thus company. While waiting for a Manger to call I secured another gas company to fill my tank and they will be here on Monday and the price is cheaper then Ferrellgas if you want service and support this is not the company to use... read more
Moved into house 6 months ago and was wondering why our gas leaks out so quickly, I found out yesterday that all of the Ferrell gas regulators, valves, and gauges have been leaking since we moved into the house. I called to report an emergency leak, no one showed up until the next day. I have been a customer of ferrellgas over 10 years and their services has been great in my opinion they work really hard trying to keep the cost of propane gas as low as possible thanks for all you do
#FerrellGas needs to be shut down! Had a delivery today that was unexpected because they were supposed to come last week. I was supposed to receive a call from them so that they can come in and make sure everything is properly working. No one called so instead they left the gas off at the tank. I went out to discover the tank was leaking gas like crazy! The smell could knock you out!
