Changed policy without notice to "no emergency service" and had a three week lead time. No heat in our home or ability to cook on the stove, they would not make any exception nor would they let us speak to a supervisor. We could not get another service to fill up their tank due to strict policies. They would not sell us the tank, and we told them to come pick it up. Two days later Ferrelgas picked up their tank! Horrible experience, bad policies, do not do business with them.
