Their driver didn't show up for two weeks after they said they would and then he showed up in the middle of the night and got my dogs and me all shook up. I had no idea they were coming. Poor communication and worse service.
10/20/23 I responded to your message. You must really not care since you have not responded and the tank is still in my yard. I'd like to give them a 0. They don't show up for weeks when ordering gas. Then, the driver decides to drive wherever he pleases when he does show. When asked to leave, he drives across the neighbors property. We canceled our service over a month ago, and the tank is still sitting in our yard.
I have been using Ferrellgas for the last several years. I have had fantastic service and it has been all because of my customer service rep named "Kari". She takes my orders, gets me the best pricing and tracks my deliveries. She is always friendly and very professional. She is the best in her field and I'm very lucky to have her handling my account. She is the reason I stay with Ferrellgas. What a great comfort to know I can count her services!!! Five Star+++
I have been trying to get a temporary gauge replaced on my tank for a month. I was promised he would finally be there yesterday, but was not. Service has been terrible this past year
Just like the other reviewer, I’d give them a 0 if I could. We are on week 3 waiting for our tank to be refilled, our tank was at 23%. Trying to be proactive and here we are, our tank will be empty any day. And the kicker, no communication from anyone ever to let us know what is going. We have to call them for anything! Find a different provider if you can!
