Service is good and reasonably prompt. My primary difficulty is that the MyFerrell website does not work from an Apple phone or a Mac computer which makes payments difficult.
I have had issues with Ferrellgas from day one. They have let my tank run empty twice, even though I have a WIFI monitor on my tank. Apparently the delivery driver will not walk up my driveway because he thinks it is unsafe. The solution was to install a second tank. Now my system registeres as empty, or 20% most of the time. Very frustrating
Don't care for the AI call center , I want to speak to a real person
Been over two months on the phone with them at least once a week just to schedule a site survey for a new install. They are the only thing keeping us from moving into our house as opposed to living in a camper all winter. I'm sure if they actually get to our house for the site survey it will take another 3 months to get an actual tank. I've all ready prepaid for this!
This was a negative review a year almost a year ago and they have done it again. I got under contract in the spring at 2.26 a gallon. They said I was good for the next year. That I didn’t need to do anything else. Well call for a fill they cancel my service call with out a word to me then tell me I’m not under contract. I said no way yes I am she finds where I was under contract but say she has to get manager approval. Haven’t heard a word and just got my bill we have a 85 gallon tank. And my bill in 410 bucks.
