I think that you have a double standard when you say you will deliver with in the 10 days. If we run out of gas and need it within those 10 days you charge $150 to come out quickly but if you don’t come within the 10 days you don’t give us a credit. That is just not right.
Part of me feels bad leaving this review because the lower score is due to the customer service. Called this morning to see when our delivery is coming and the service for customer service is out of state. She was less than helpful and a bit snappy. Placed my order 7 days ago and I'm still waiting on delivery. Looking for a new company since I own my own tank. Delivery not timely.
